The site and its modes

The site includes football tournament and league simulators, custom competitions and matches, custom clubs, Player Career and national-team manager career features, Predictor leagues, leaderboards, achievements, online rooms, saved progress and related tools. Modes may be added, changed, tested or removed as the service develops.

Using the site and your account

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not break the law, abuse other users, use offensive or misleading names, disrupt the service, bypass security, access another person's account, introduce malicious code or copy substantial parts of the site for commercial use.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity through your account. Usernames, profile countries, leaderboard results and room display names may be public. Accounts or content may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or legal rights.

User-created content

You may be able to create clubs, badges, leagues, room names or other content. You keep any rights you already hold, but give the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have permission to submit it.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or harmful material. Content may be removed or access restricted where reasonably necessary, including following a valid rights complaint.

Memberships and payments

Free access is available alongside optional paid offers. Depending on what is offered at the time, these may include an ad-free lifetime purchase and 256 Supporter on a monthly or lifetime basis. The exact price, taxes, billing interval, storage limits and included features shown immediately before checkout form part of your purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; 256 TEAMS WC does not receive or store your full card details.

Monthly Supporter renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. A lifetime purchase is a one-off payment and does not renew. “Lifetime” means access for the remaining life of the purchased account while the relevant 256 TEAMS WC service continues to operate; it is not a guarantee that the site will exist forever.

Ad-free access removes advertising served by 256 TEAMS WC from supported pages while you are signed in to the purchasing account. It does not remove content on external sites or guarantee that third-party material never appears. Supporter may also include increased cloud-save limits and other features shown in the membership screen. Paid entitlements should normally activate after Stripe confirms payment.

Paid features require the account used at checkout and cannot be transferred or resold without permission. Features and limits may evolve, but changes will not override the purchase description or any mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel a recurring membership through the membership area and Stripe billing portal while signed in. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period. One-off lifetime purchases do not renew and therefore have no recurring subscription to cancel.

If a payment is incorrect, a paid entitlement does not activate, or you want to exercise a cancellation or refund right, contact mohamed@256teams.com. Refunds and cancellation rights are provided where required by law; any additional refund is at the operator's discretion. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Copyright and affiliation

Football names, flags, club badges, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. They are used descriptively. 256 TEAMS WC is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, UEFA, any league, association, club, player or other rights holder.

To report a copyright or trade-mark concern, email the operator with the material involved, where it appears and evidence that you own or represent the relevant rights.

Simulations, Predictor and third parties

Scores, ratings, squads, fixtures, match events, career scenarios and suggested Predictor outcomes are fictional, simplified, estimated or historical. They may be inaccurate or out of date and are not official records, guaranteed predictions or betting advice.

Stripe processes membership payments. Google, Cloudflare, Publift, FlagCDN, Ko-fi and other linked services have their own terms and policies. The operator does not control those services.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as available" and may change or become unavailable. Browser saves may be lost if you clear site data or change devices. Cloud saves reduce that risk but are not a substitute for keeping any export or backup the site makes available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for unforeseeable, indirect, business or data loss caused by using the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

You may request account deletion from your profile or by email. The operator may restrict access for serious abuse, security risks or unlawful use.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change as the site develops. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
